I Have Heard a bunch of different polls all Saying Something Different. 3 of Them Were one forth of Americans Believe It Was an inside job, And Then 36 out of 100 percent think it, Then it Went to 84 percent think's The Government did it. What Is The Real & Current Percentage right now?

This link claims that 36% of Americans think that either the government knew about it and did nothing or was in fact involved in it.I don't believe either was the case, but when you realize that every other American you meet is below average intelligence the percentage isn't all that alarming.
