Leap Year in February IS Every 4 years on February 29th. If That date is your birthday, how do you celebrate your birthday? Does That Mean I Will Only Have a birthday Every 4 years? Now Would Be regarded my birthday on February 28th to Be March 1st gold When There Is No leap year? Which Will count as your birthday When you turn your new age?
