This is a training program similar to Matt Damon What Used to get in fantastic shape for the film The Green Zone Including a high intensity circuit workout.This Is A boot camp style workout am and is a really high intensity training program and Will Probably Be Too Hard for beginners.We 're using very little equipment for this workout Matt Damon So You Can Do Virtually all of this at home.The workout definitely Should not Take More Than an Hour Green Zone and this workout Will you get ripped fast, But The intensity will not let it be easy.

@maximumhate666 what are you talking about? He looks healthy. Sure, he is not as big as Matt in Green Zone. But the point of this video is to show how to get there. You can't do medicine ball push ups, inverted rows and definitely not MB rollouts if you are NOT in shape. Ergo: he is in shape.
