Does this pack provides more enemy in single mode? Cause when i 1st play the original, there arent any enemies after the minigun in the final level part 2. But once i install this pack, there are more enemies after the minigun

I downloaded this onto my 360 and have not really got around to playing it yet although I have noticed that only Los Angeles is showing up in the Deniable Ops menu, do you have to complete it on co-op or whatever to unlock it?
