why u people keep waisting the fish like that much of fish, with all that meat in the bones and the head u could do a great soup! I saw "how to fillet a crappie and thay also waisted 50% of the meat, c'mon if u don't want it just send it to me hee hee!

Hint... if you are going to fillet a fish then it is unnecessary to skin it. It is an even bigger waste of time to gut the fish.
