Set it up to pay the bill online.
Once you do that, you can have the funds either taken directly from your PayPal balance or bank account that is associated with your PayPal account on the DAY the bill is due!
Don't bother with mail!~

I just got Accepted for paypal buyer credit and made my first purchase ... I am in Massachusetts and in Florida They Are, How Long Before My due date should i send out my payment?
