Not that fast a lot of catcher arnt fast. Maybe run a 40 in like 5.4 seconds or something, im not sure just guessing. But just have a good arm, be able to call the game well and block pitches. But you should still try to get as fast as you can. Also be a good hitter

I'ma high school Catch that hits well and is good behind-the flat but i think i need to Be a Bit Faster. How fast to get good looks from a D1 college and how do i get Fast?
