Revelation describes the creation of hell. Hell does not, as of yet exist. All souls rest in purgatory awaiting judgment. Where Satan resides until then is not defined.
After Armageddon and God wins the war against Satan and his followers along with those who do not follow either Satan or God, the Serpent(Satan) will be cast down into the lake of fire that God creates.
Of course, he created everything according to the folklore. With each round of plagues, more people will admitted to Heaven, when they are finished, the rest will reside with Satan in the fiery lake.
There are more details, but these are all from side writings from many different people who claim inspiration from God. Many of these writings were just attempts to fill gaps the Bible leaves so the lay followers would quit asking questions that create doubt of the validity of the Bible. Just feeble attempts to satisfy the need for the lazy minded to have answers.
