The Fold has made song called Every Band in the USA, making fun of pretty much all the Mainstream emo / screamo / pop scene bands, All Time Low mentioning In Particular and of course Miley Cyrus. The only thing THEY DID WAS uses The Same beat as Party in the USA, "any lyrics They Did not Steal Anything gold. Goal they're getting Sued for making the song. How Can Happen Even this?

Parody's protected under fair use law. That's why Weird Al can't be sued. He only asks for permission as a professional courtesy, not because he's legally required to.
