City Island Movie

I saw this movie yesterday and loved every minute of it. Finally a movie with a wonderful story and great acting. We knew nothing about the film or City Island when we went into the theater at Disney World. What a great surprise. The theater was filled with happy involved people. Thank you so much.

I saw "City Island" at TFF last night for the world premiere. It was great and I would be surprised if it doesn't find a distributor.

@Minneford My wife and I just finished watching it (thanx to Redbox). We both LOVED it ! I'm sure we'll eventually buy it. (And we ONLY buy DVDs that we will watch over and over.)

I think this will get less backing then "The Thing About My Folks" if any @ all Andy Garcia probably only agrees to do it if his daughter could be in it and we saw how that went with Sophia Copolla in The Gofather 6 or whatever it was. It looks terrible worthy of the Michelobe beer endorsement from The Tribeca Fil Festival LOL! Don't wait Next year has come and gone look at the dates.
