I've heard that noodling is illegal in most states. Can somebody explain why??

@TroyOi No.It's just that you can only do it in some specific waters or time of year that it is restricted.You don't want to take them for eating during the egg laying part of the year.

@cfgMC I've heard it described as the feeling you get when your hand gets caught in a car door being slammed but I don't think that it feels quite as good as that does.

I LOVE noodlin'! My family goes during the spring. It's sooo much fun!

This looks like a good opportunity for some enterprising preacher... combine noodling with baptism! Might get a whole new congregation of fun-loving rednecks!
