@thecarter56 in the ending of the orphan esther gets kicked in the face and drowns in a pond , in the ending of case 39 lilith gets trapped in the back seat of the car and drowns in a bay SEE even you got confused even i was confused at first look at both movies if u want but i'm sure i watched both movies dozens of times.

i've seen this movie like four months ago it was pretty good oh by the way the little girl gets kicked in the face and drowns at the end of the movie in a car that her adopted mother was driving

@fanpire06 definitely know this movie came out in Europe a while ago and is just now hitting America

@Lui362 im telling u its case 39 the movie came out a long time ago ive seen both orphan and case 39. Case 39 wasn't even made in America
