Can The Otocinclus Catfish Handle A Little Bit Of Salt
I read today That algae eaters can not handle salt. The statement sounds vague goal I Do not Want Anything to Happen to my Otocinclus catfish. I Have mollies so I could just a little bit of salt into my tank. Is this going to kill off my catfish?
Freshwater Catfish in general are very sensitive to salt, and Otos are no different.If you want some salt for the Mollies, you should move the Otos out.While it might not kill them, it is pretty damaging.
