Yes, definitely. To find out, if it is going to show at midnight, ask at your local theatres. I can almost guarantee it will show at at least one of them. (I live in New Zealand and we always have midnight premieres all over the country, so I'm sure they'll do the same in America)
If the movie is showing there, you'd want to find out when the tickets are available (you may be able to get one already as they are usually for sale about 2-4 weeks before the movie comes out). You'd want to get them asap because tickets for midnight films sell out real fast and seeing as this is Harry Potter they could be gone in a couple of days.
If you are going at midnight, I would suggest getting there early, maybe at around 10 or earlier, cause there will be a lot of people there, and most people arrive between 9 and 11.

I've Looked Through midnight for Fandango showings of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1 goal There Seems To Be Midnight Showing only for NYC and LA. Is Warner Brothers going to let 'em show Other theaters at midnight or what?
